THE SLAM is a free, fan-made browser game in which you assemble a fictional composite tennis player from real players' historical reputations and simulate tournament runs. It is provided for entertainment only.
THE SLAM is an independent tribute and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wimbledon, the AELTC, the US Open, the USTA, the ATP, the WTA, or any player named in the game. All player ratings are subjective, fictional estimates created for gameplay. They are opinions, not statements of fact about any athlete.
Online 1v1 rooms are identified by short codes and store only the picks made during a match. Rooms expire automatically. Don't put personal information in player names.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Simulated results are random by design. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SLAM and its creator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €0 — the amount you paid to use the game.

The game's code, design, wording and generated imagery are © THE SLAM. Player names are used in a nominative, editorial fashion to refer to real public figures; no sponsorship or endorsement is implied. Tournament names are the property of their respective owners.
